  • Exchange information on caregiving problems and learn about possible solutions
  • Talk through challenges and learn ways of coping
  • Share feelings, needs and concerns
  • Learn about resources available in your community

Family and Friends Caregiver Support Groups

Open to all family members and caregivers of those caring for or involved with dependent older adults. Drop-ins welcome.

  • Second Tuesday of every month: 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Open to family members and caregivers of those caring for, or involved with, individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s and Alzheimer’s type dementias. Drop-ins welcome.
