From housecleaning and plumbing to home security and legal services, Live Well at Home Preferred Service Providers are screened for honest and quality service.

Become a Preferred Service Provider

If you would like to be listed as a service provider, click on the link below and complete the form. Once received, we will complete the vetting process which can qualify you for inclusion in our database.

We are always open to adding qualified service providers to our list. If you are a business that would like to be placed on the list, please fill out our Preferred Service Provider form.

How do I become a PSP?

Click on the link below and complete the application.  There is also a $100.00 initial application fee and an annual renewal fee of $50.00.

What does the PSP do for me as a vendor?

As a vetted PSP provider, your information will be provided to consumers in several ways:

  • Eskaton’s Outreach Information & Assistance line will provide consumer referrals and as a PSP you will be included
  • The Live Well at Home website will provide FREE access to seniors and their families for resources of our vetted providers. You can encourage your customers to go to the website and write a review so that other consumers have access to your reviews

Can I use the Live Well at Home Preferred Service Provider Program logo in my advertising?

Yes, once approved, we will provide you with the logo for the PSP program to use in your marketing as long as you are a Live Well at Home PSP provider.
